The WILDIETS trademark was born with the idea of bringing together products designed for birds not included in our other ranges.

وُلدت العلامة التجارية WILDIETS بفكرة جمع منتجات مصمّمة للطيور غير المشمولة في مجموعاتنا الأخرى.

These products are developed in our research facilities and also in collaboration with other specialized breeding centers.

تُطوَّر هذه المنتجات في منشآتنا البحثية وكذلك بالتعاون مع مراكز تربية متخصصة أخرى.

Currently the WILDIETS range includes food for frugivorous birds and for flamingos, as well as some nutritional supplements. Some of the products that we are currently developing will be included in this range.

تضم مجموعة WILDIETS حاليًا أغذية للطيور آكلة الفاكهة وللفلامنغو، إضافة إلى بعض المكمّلات الغذائية. وستنضم إلى هذه المجموعة بعض المنتجات التي نعمل على تطويرها حاليًا.

Characteristicsالخصائص

The products of the WILDIETS range are complete and complementary foods aimed at groups of unusual birds in homes and more typical of professional breeding facilities, zoos and wildlife recovery centers.

منتجات مجموعة WILDIETS أغذية متكاملة وتكميلية موجّهة إلى مجموعات من الطيور غير المعتادة في المنازل، والأكثر شيوعًا في منشآت التربية الاحترافية وحدائق الحيوان ومراكز إعادة تأهيل الحياة البرية.

The foods of this range aimed at frugivorous birds have a feature that is especially characteristic of them: low levels of iron. It is known that frugivorous birds are sensitive to not particularly high levels of iron and that they are prone to developing a disease: hemochromatosis.

تتميّز أغذية هذه المجموعة الموجّهة للطيور آكلة الفاكهة بسمة خاصة: انخفاض مستويات الحديد. فمن المعروف أن الطيور آكلة الفاكهة حساسة حتى لمستويات حديد غير مرتفعة بشكل خاص، وأنها معرّضة للإصابة بداء ترسّب الأصبغة الدموية (Hemochromatosis).

For this reason we have taken this specific trait into account in the formulation of all our foods for frugivores; both in feed and in hand feeding formulas.

لهذا السبب أخذنا هذه السمة بعين الاعتبار في تركيب جميع أغذيتنا لآكلات الفاكهة، سواء في الأعلاف أو في تركيبات التغذية اليدوية.

The advantages of the WILDIETS range are those of well-formulated complete and complementary foods:

In the specific case of food for frugivores, a substantial added advantage is that it allows to be sure that the levels of iron in the diet are sufficiently low, with the consequent minimization of the risk of hemochromatosis.

وفي حالة أغذية آكلات الفاكهة تحديدًا، ثمة ميزة إضافية جوهرية: التأكد من أن مستويات الحديد في الغذاء منخفضة بما يكفي، مما يقلّل خطر الإصابة بداء ترسّب الأصبغة الدموية إلى أدنى حد.

Our proposalمقترحنا

Traditionally, bird collections have had to make an effort to combine a multitude of ingredients and nutritional supplements, to prepare diets that cover the nutritional needs of birds to a greater or lesser extent. In some cases, this task is especially difficult and arduous and it is not risk-free. This is why our proposal is based on the use of complete and/or complementary foods.

اعتادت مجموعات الطيور تقليديًا بذل جهد كبير للجمع بين عدد كبير من المكوّنات والمكمّلات الغذائية لإعداد أنظمة غذائية تغطي احتياجات الطيور بدرجة أو بأخرى. وفي بعض الحالات تكون هذه المهمة صعبة وشاقة بشكل خاص ولا تخلو من المخاطر. لذلك يقوم مقترحنا على استخدام الأغذية المتكاملة و/أو التكميلية.

Complete foods contain by definition all the nutrients that birds require and do not need the contribution of any other food or supplement.

تحتوي الأغذية المتكاملة بحكم تعريفها على جميع العناصر الغذائية التي تحتاج إليها الطيور، ولا تحتاج إلى إضافة أي غذاء أو مكمّل آخر.

Foods for frugivores however, are considered complementary foods because they are expected to be offered mixed with abundant fruit.

أما أغذية آكلات الفاكهة فتُعدّ أغذية تكميلية، لأنها مُعدّة لتُقدَّم مخلوطة مع كمية وفيرة من الفاكهة.
